I have set goals for myself to reach by the age of 21, and 29. By 21 I told myself that I would get Sous Chef position, graduate from Gros Bonnet, get accepted to the Culinary Institute of America the worlds premier culinary college, and at age 29 I would have an Executive Chef position.
Now at 18 years of age I’ve been accepted to the C.I.A, getting a perfect GPA for Gros Bonnet, and reached a Sous Chef status. Also have a job in the food industry that people would die for probably because of the pay rate. haha. With all these things going on right now it doesn’t feel like its enough. Sometimes I don’t even care that these were accomplished.
I just want to cook for someone everyday and have someone to eat with on the other end of the dinner table. HAH.
